SUPERINTENDENT

Location: Delfzijl

Hours per week: 40 (fulltime)

Education: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Education

Our Support department is consisting of 15 colleagues of various nationalities. For this department we are looking for reinforcement!

In this diverse role, you will be responsible for a group of vessels, ensuring preventive and regular maintenance, minimizing downtime, and overseeing surveys. You will act as a troubleshooter for the fleet and, with your knowledge and dedication, contribute to the optimal and safe operation of all vessels. You will work both in the office and on board the ships, allowing you to be directly involved in technical challenges. We will provide you with a company car, providing flexibility to travel between locations and vessels.

Job Requirements

• A diploma in nautical or technical field at Intermediate or Higher Vocational Education level
• Technical and commercial insight
• Knowledge of nautical laws and regulations
• Strong communication skills, decisive, persuasive, and service-oriented
• Good command of English language, spoken and written.
• Possession of drivers license
